She then tells me " I cant cut grass , I am a woman and I dont even own a lawn mower "    I told her that the lawn mower doesnt care what gender you are , and if you dont want to mow the lawn I can arrange to have it done for an additional $ 100 per month added to the rent .    

I can give you an idea of what I think works, but that is what works for my bias, maybe not yours.   

@Bob Mai wow, interesting how biased your post is.Their 4% is only if you PREPAY their fees for 12 months, otherwise 6% monthly.They have a minimum of $75/month, which means if your property rents for less than ($75/6%) $1250/month, you will pay more than 6%.They use Latchel for maintenance issues - Latchel is not cheap and there's a kickback in there somewhere.There's a list of extra fees for extra services and there's a lot they do not handle.You get what you pay for, so good luck.

They attorney is basically telling me it's a good deal/this/that and it seems to be biased.  

So maybe I have some bias here clouding my judgement also. 

And these are every day Americans not uber wealthy etc.. keep in mind this is BP refi till you die max LTV  extreme bias.. thats not how the general public thinks or acts.

If I were someone who discriminates based on gender, I wouldn’t need to ask this question.
