This never came to fruition and I moved on to a job with Hormel. 

If I loved my job/company, didn't plan to leave, felt pretty secure and the company was growing and stable and didn't have a history of cutting people, then I would borrow against the 401K to help bring my real estate investing goals to fruition.

Looks like there is a lot going in that area but not sure on the stability, seems like its growing too fast and not seeing Generation Park come to fruition outside of one company.

If a meetup does come to fruition, I would be very interested in attending.

Also, I want to encourage you to take the steps to make your vision come to fruition!!

In some cases, all that a little "compassion" will do is to lengthen the time until this unavoidable outcome will eventually come to fruition.   

I don’t want to walk through finished properties in Missouri while I live in Reno, NV, this one just happened to come to fruition.

If you want to realize fruition of this your going to have to pull yourself through and not rely on others to push you .

If they are offended by the offer then the deal will never come to fruition and you move on to the next.As far as advice, show us an example of one of your offers that offended someone.
