I'd put a copy of the receipt the tenant receives at the ATM but the BP system won't let me.The "Customer Card" number provides deposit tracking to a unique tenant.We also implemented a 1 page (small font) Deposit Card Agreement the tenant signs that governs the use of the card.

A couple of options are..1 - Hire a local college student or senior citizen to hand write all your letters2 - Get a service to do it all for you3 - Create a font with your handwriting and create a word template and mail merge all the information.

It's going to better for you to pay someone to write the letters, photocopy a form letter in your handwriting or to have your handwriting converted into the font.

Also, the statement of condition needs to be in 12 point bold face font type.I might instead require last month's rent.

I figured out a way to do the letters through my scanner and printer so I dont have to hand write every letter and every copy still has red font but it still looks like I hand wrote them all!

I then use a typewriter style font to make it look personal.
