We haven't had many squatter issues in KC with the exception of people drilling out our locks and then putting up fake ads and falsely renting to someone (real cheap, no background check, move in the same day type thing).

Not sure who told you you didn't own the land and the government could take it from you, but this is totally FALSE.

If too many bad sub to investor screw up deals or provide false information to the seller we have see Uncle Sam come down with new regulations.

It is usually falsely inflated by having low to no leverage.

Landlords falsely believe they can just put whatever they want in the lease.

Now, I haven't had to do it yet as none of my current tenants have reported "non issues", and if someone reports something that turns out to be a false alarm, I wouldn't even charge them, as long as it was done in good faith. 

I filed a formal complaint with the New Mexico Realtors Association and now there is admission of false/altered docs from the sellers.

There is a lot of false information and uneasy buyers right now.

This isn't the first time you've made a false assertion on a BP forum with nothing to back it up, let's stick to facts and information for the readers so that this can be a helpful resource. 

You could have a case based on misrepresentation if the seller, acting as an agent, falsely claimed the roof leak was fixed.
