false financial docs discovered post closing
after I closed my last (and biggest) deal of my career I realized the financial docs were off by 64%. I filed a formal complaint with the New Mexico Realtors Association and now there is admission of false/altered docs from the sellers. I only want a fair purchase price but the unbelievable stress has taken a toll on my sleep, appetite, my life in general. Should I sue for damages? If sothen how much?
