A good mix of LTR'S is a very good idea so that all your eggs aren't in the STR basket.I like tourist destinations where STR'S are heavily ingrained and almost impossible to ban or regulate out of existence.

The stats seem to indicate there is not a violent crime issue in large CA cities that some people believe exists.

She is essentially implying that these 1% rule properties have something very wrong with them or don't exist.
