A nice touch is to provide some nice metal shower curtain hanging rings already installed on the rod and a nice translucent milky colored shower curtain that fits, brand new sitting on top of the toilet tank waiting for them when they move in- so they can take a shower and not have water go all over the floor for the first few days.

If they miss target metrics by a lot, then I think it's fair to complain.And there's always atypical situations: good sponsors that got unlucky with bad properties and bad sponsors that got lucky with great properties.If there are good deals with good sponsors that you've invested with in the past and will continue to invest with them today, I'm all ears.

If there is a better way to check rental comps quickly I am all ears though!

@Mohammad Khudirat ha be careful the next few years, syndicators ears perk up when they hear doctor for raising money. 

They truly don't put the time, energy, and expense into locating property owners (many of which do not even want to sell) in order to buy their raw, un-entitled land.If you're a big builder, your phone is ringing with people or their representatives wanting to sell you their land.

We use Ring Central Fax Service.

Once I had their agreement I called the guest who refused to answer, so I called the cabin phone and let it ring for like 2 minutes until someone finally answered.I explained they knew the house rules, they signed my digital rental agreement that clearly spells out max occupancy and they signed up in the OTA with 7 guests, but only listed 6 people on the digital RA.
