I had personally thought you would understand most of all, considering your sharing with us that your own son had suffered from the same terribly difficult disorder.

Just over 9% of the population have a diagnosible personality disorder and many more, while not disordered to the point of a diagnosis, are just "difficult" people-- they have "entitlement issues" they will always be disappointed because no one ever gives them the respect they think they are due.

Maybe you could use the term “aggression,” combined with something like “disorderly”, then DOCUMENT everything the tenant does and maybe eventually, with evidence of multiple instances of being irrational in an aggressive or disorderly way, it turns into something that a judge might find more palatable.

The apartment falling into disrepair is one thing, but hoarding is now recognized as a mental disorder and you don't want to be accused of discrimination.

Not sure that those that have any obsessive compulsive disorders should be in real estate.
