@Jake Thomas good points.. when I first started in real estate sales circa 1975.. there was no internet heck there was not even a MLS or a computer on your desk top.. the MLS was a big book.I worked every weekend both days 50 weeks a year.. and I worked 3 to 4 nights during the night.what I did have time though during the day ( because not bogged down on computer or cell phone) was to golf fish other actives that I could do middle of the day..

Either way, the desktop version of QB, which both my wife and I have a legal copy of on our computers, will lock the Dropbox file if one of us is using it, thereby preventing the other from messing up the database.We do the same with all our Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files, etc., and it's a system that has been working perfectly for us for years.

@Jay Hinrichs One way is to email the picture from your phone to your gmail (or whatever email account you use).Then download that picture to your desktop.
