I feel like there are no formal "development" education or training resources available and existing developers are reluctant to meet for coffee or provide guidance (which is so surprising to me given the lack of supply.

The beach community may be attractive even if a mile away depending on the micro location, is it walkable, bike paths, coffee shops, restaurants etc.

I provide enough water, coffee, and a few snacks to help them get settled in.

We have a weekly zoom meeting every Tuesday at 8:30am and an in-person meeting every Thursday at Building Three Coffee from 8:30 to 10am.
