That seems to me that it will attract great crowds, music, concerts...and I feel like the growth will continue to grow and get nice in that area with that kind of numbers flowing through there. 

It took me about six months of concerted effort to find a handful of these guys.  

There seems to be a concerted effort to avoid a continuing fall.

I only go there for sporting events, concerts, etc. as I don't like the traffic.

Ya know I had some expensive seats to a concert last week but couldn't get there because of a family problem maybe I should give them a call and get my money back after all it wasn't my fault.

But a halt on events, concerts and festivals, along with the fact that many of the city’s office workers have shifted to remote work at home, have all taken a toll.

Frankly a prudent move and I bet in concert with their senior lenders I do feel in some areas the office space can be affected and some commercial at least for a while..
