These are high-end commercial linoleum which would normally sell for $75 - $100 yd^2 ... and since the original customers are frequently hospitals, medical clinics, day cares, retirement homes, the linoleum tends to be more "fun" than the hordes of vinyl sheet that tries to look like stone, wood, something-else.

I’m dying to know Thomas, what is it that makes you believe these 4 folks with Doctorate degrees or PhD’s in Vet Med who are multi published and referenced dozens of times throughout various academic journals (those are those ones held to scientific standards a fair amount more strict than hearsay online) are completely incorrect...Have a read through this on Jstor sometime:Journal of Veterinary Behavior: Clinical Applications and ResearchVolume 3, Issue 3, May–June 2008, Pages 134-140

I have a friend who does well near the Mayo Clinic in MN, I see some really attractive student housing near universities.

If nobody has answered the question you have then start a new topic in the DIY section.If you are looking for ideas I like ThisOldHouse.com and Houzz.com.I will also add that when I was first starting to invest and needed to DIY some projects I asked a lot of questions at Home Depot and took some of their weekend clinics like tile setting,  plumbing, etc.

The real question is where is your building in relation to the new Uptown buildings, Cleveland Clinic, or University Circle. if you are near those it may be good, if you are farther away it may be too risky.
