By talking more to the police, we found out that the main tenant had a long history of inviting guests in exchange for help around the house and that those relations would always turn tumultuous and that the police visited the house several times each quarter over civil complaints, suspicious activity, noise, drug related activity, and a bunch of other civil nuisance type of calls.

I know some lawsuits right now where a borrower paid $800k for “insurance” for the loan (yep read that correctly) and it is now in litigation as borrower allegedly never received any funds

Keep in mind that if a lawsuit is initiated, the attorney will probably file a lis pendens which means the title company won't issue insurance and it ties up the property until things are settled/litigated.

I was coerced in to signing an acknowledgement contract, after they threatened to send a the $995 cancelation fee, even though I never signed the original acknowledgment letter, ON TOP OF THE $795 application fee.I am currently pursing a civil suite against them, have file a complaint on every single platform I can find.
