I took a sales job and received a car as a benefit.

@Kristin Caras The only leverage you have in this situation is the seller cannot relist the property and/or get into a contract with another buyer until your contract is officially terminated which is offically done by them signing that doc.

I can’t imagine the LLC thing works, unless there’s some way to prove that the term was driving the car as part of working for the LLC.

I certainly don't trust the market, I might add, so there's part of my philosophy on it.I need a new (used) car as mine is about dead.

I guess it all depends on someone's perspective of "winning".It's no different than when I was happy getting rid of our crappy old car as a trade-in for $3k last year (felt like I won) until I saw the dealer wash the car and put it on the lot for $6k the next day (felt like I lost).

So the good wife went out and moved her car. A
