Did you use an app like CallFire or Burner?

I tend to buy scratch-and-dent replacements and sometimes the burner caps are missing.  

Investing for me has always been the 2nd income, or on the back burner when life got busy.

It's tough and sometimes things get pushed to the back burner.

Once when I was standing in front of him with a lying tenant telling him; "one stove burner didn't work, garbage disposal yada yada", I looked over at him and he was spinning his finger in a "hurry it up" motion.He then looked at me and asked if I had anything to say.

I found an electric stove top that could be perfect for the basement kitchen; it's an electric two-burner and works with a standard 120v outlet. 

When an attorney who I refer buyers and sellers to (depending on if I'm buying or selling) obviously puts the whole deal on the back burner but wants to still charge top dollar for doing virtually nothing - TWICE - It's time to let them go.

Since I don't know your level of expertise, I'll lean on the conservative side and suggest that this deal goes on the back burner while you concentrate on opportunities with more obvious ways to exploit profit.

I have consulted with quite a few attorneys since and they all act like it is to much to deal with so this has been put on the back burner for awhile.I have never experienced this type of situation in investing before.
