So I didn't do a nautical or beach theme I did a highly upgraded tropical theme.Removed all carpet and installed tile, granite countertops with a brick backsplash.

The property manager or landlord and tenant both sign, then a copy of the report with photos is emailed to all parties.I would also suggest that you update all of your properties: stainless apps, backsplash, counters, nice flooring, etc.

We spent about $8,000 for all new laminate flooring, complete repainting, tiled backsplash and new counter tops, and complete retiling of the bathroom including walls and floor (with marble inlay, very nice).The new tenants are a nice young couple about to have a baby.
