@Fred Robertson, I was actually reading a little about this sort of thing today and it is absolutely the kind of thing where you get a CPA or certified financial planner involved!

My question is when we see the monthly statement on the management company’s portal, we don’t see the actual booking (from Airbnb or vrbo).

Consult someone who actually knows what they are talking about/does this for a living, but most of your tax savings are only going to offset the earnings of the partnership rather than one of you individually.

Thank you Jaron..really do appreciate the guidance and candor…I am probably not articulating the finer points well…my daughters are actually only the tennets…they are not involved in any of the potential decisions I am considering.  

It actually says “Loans to Partner (or persons related to Partners)”.

Personally as an investor, we have recast our growth goals several times over the years, but ultimately if you invest for your lifestyle you don't need 100s of doors - that is actually counter productive.
