I have downloaded all of them to a PC, and copied them to a USB memory stick that I listen to in the car, or on the stereo at home. 

That said, I'm considering different salaried positions in the real estate industry in my market.I wanted to see if anyone else has gone through a similar situation or has any thoughts in terms of both of us being commission-based, and if that would hurt our chances of being able to get a loan.  

Alternatively if we purchased a house with a loan we were both on, would one of us be able to have a co-signer help us get a loan for a rental property?

Let us be a little logical.Having said this, I would only do what I am doing in perhaps 3 MSAs in the country at this point in the cycle.

I had a home in Kelowna.. spent a lot of time there.. you get taxed for everything. when i fly my plane into BC the second I go from US radar to Vancouver approach the bills start stacking up.. every time you key the Mic and talk to ATC you get a bill in the mail ..
