My introduction from NC

Hi, My name is Beth Radigan, from Kill Devil Hills, NC. For those of you not familiar with my area, that’s the Outer banks, or where Wilbur/Orville Wright first flew their airplane!

I’m a stay at home mom with a daughter off to college and a need to find my own way. Real Estate & the stock market have always intrigued me, so I have been reading and watching videos for a few weeks. I listened to Anson Young’s, Finding and Funding Great Deals and ending up on Bigger Pockets, and I am very thankful I landed here.

I have not set up my business yet as I don’t feel comfortable approaching anyone until I have more knowledge.

I have no real estate experience, other than researching when we bought our own home and sold our 2nd home, so I guess I have a little. I’m a sucker for details and don’t mind hard work.

I am very interested in learning all I can about flipping, wholesaling, and tax liens. Anyone looking to share their knowledge in exchange for an internship, let me know. I don’t mind learning on the job.

I’m not sure what I can contribute at the moment, but I promise to not be a lurker!!
