After last August 7th, the date when our new president took office in Colombia, one part of his speech was clearly understood by real estate firms, the fact that most of the areas of law for investments have changed positively for a better adjustment.

Also, each state will have various truss called some derivative of "pooled trusts" to transfer assets into that are exempt, but their are pros and cons of those, and other lawyers like to use the combination of revocable and irrevocable trusts and combine them both and then use long term care insurance during the look back period to cover them.

For us, we are doing new construction and have open trusses and floor joists, and it's very easy to weave it through to reach any location.

I attended a speech today by a local economist who was making an interesting case for the strength of Solano County.

Meanwhile, she's then free of the headaches and hassle.Then, deed in hand, you get to approach the tenant and give the "new sheriff in town" speech.
