Hi Judy,If you know any realtors, ask them to pull homes that recently sold in your area.

Let them know you are a busy man and have only a limited amount of time or a particular time slot that you can view the property.  

If you ever watched Judge Judy there have been many times that someone had a son who lived with them and they wouldn't leave, or a cousin or a friend lived in the home, supposedly for a short time, but never leaves.

My selling agent (repping me as buyer) may not be the best person for the listing slot.

because conventional loans only allow you to have 10 loans so why fill the slots with anything less than 4 units!

So I received my weekly mail this morning through that convenient slot in my door and curiosity made me go pick up that envelope and in that formal letterhead I saw the utilities' company's name in bold letters.  

Pick a time slot once a week. 

Make sure the screw driver fits entirely across the screw head slot that you've cut.Good Luck!
