Appointment commitments
It seems that for every 10 callers who want to have a showing, only 1 actually comes. What are your strategies to make sure they come and not waste your time?

I always tell applicants to call to confirm the appointment 30 minutes before meeting, otherwise I do not show up. The serious applicants will not waste your time.
Good luck.
