Also my next steps will be purchasing a multiple family property in Elizabeth NJ and I'm sure I'll have questions when the time gets closer but I know you guys will be able to guide me.

Queens might have some potential such as Flushing or Corona but would need to do some research.

City planners are planning for this area to have as many as 7 million residents by 2035 (about the size of Queens, NY) mostly due to companies like Amazon and Google who are bringing new employees here from all over.

I am a wholesaler in Queens NY and I am looking for advice on pulling in leads.

There are meetups in New Jersey around Piscataway, Newark, Elizabeth, Jersey City area.
