With MTR there are places where you can market to traveling nurses and medical professionals who are looking for something furnished for 1-6 months.

You can try mid term rentals for traveling nurses because of the location and proximity to hospitals, but long-term would also be OK for that unit as well. couple things that I noticed right away, just by looking at the atlas listing.

I liked the area geographically and for other reasons but once I had confirmation he was renting to nurses, meds and eds, grad students, university and hospital employees with good rent numbers, I was all in.

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

You'll lose a few days rent but ultimately a positive review and future recommendations from the nurse may be more valuable than that.
