Unfortunately, loyalty is a rarity this day and age.

Loyalty with my clients is not the issue as stated. 

The lender reached out and as part of their “loyalty” program, I can refinance again, no fees upfront or rolled into the loan.

I’m close to Oshkosh had fun this morning watching some unique aircraft fly over on their way to EAA Oshkosh OH don't get me started on the Cirrus jet I had a deposit on one.. then the economy cratered they could not build them and could not have bought one.. but if I would held my position I could have sold it for some big bucks  LOL   Reveiws are strong on that plane.. not the fastest or highest flying.. but then again Cirrus has created brand loyalty that is pretty hard to duplicate.TBM 700 may be an option too..   

U want loyalty they want loyalty ..

Fortunately these guys were not connected and had no loyalties to the leasing company and told us that they are going to make sure that they make it very clear that this was from previous tenants. 

I thought of them as a friend and I’m concerned my loyalty is taken advantage of.

I don't try to buy their loyalty.

Legally nothing compels you to do that.However, this can be an opportunity to improve cash flow and tenant loyalty.   

She has a loyalty to her stepdad I guess and I won't dive into too deep but I guess she'd feel guilty for leaving his brokerage since he isn't doing as well as he used to.
