If they are good enough and established they have plenty of other options to manage properties that are not as day to day intensive. 

"If the deal is good enough you will find the money easily" I hear this often from other investors.

If they talk themselves out of it, the deal likely isn't good enough.

Anyone who finds a deal good enough to BRRRR is probably going to keep it themselves.
