(Southern girl sigh) BTW, this was all being done remotely - I was still in Atlanta at this point, camping out in my friend's basement with my kids and my dog! 

Firstly, the house is sloppily painted-not a huge concern, girls are willing to accept.

One girl has credit score of 400, her supposed boyfriend has credit score of 650, 2 other adults will also be moving in with them, which is the height of our limit of 4 people per room, I don't know the other 2 credit scores yet but of course I'll screen.

You know the house is $225K, but when we put the ad in the paper, the girl heard $180K, was the asking.

Oh yeah, another law school lesson I found useful and amusing, the "Call Girl principle."

Whether or not the HOA allows others to have boy or girl friends move in, or allows others to get roommates is relevant.

in im eastern mass about 30 mins from boston. i want to either have my girls parents live there for cheap rent  as an inlaw's kinda deal or move in myself and rent my unit... is this even possible.

I get boy friend girl friend moving in together then they break up and at the end of the lease when they received a jointly named check one would call me to issue a single name check because "I don't talk to him/her anymore".
