One offs or someone who does a few a year may be responsive to you but they will struggle to get a crafted solution to an issue together in a timely fashion. 

If you have an old fashion washing machine it is 45 gallons a load,  newer high efficiency washing machines use 23-30 but some can use less.  

Hello all as a newer agent I was wondering what tools, apps, software or even good old fashion habits you are using to keep up with the expenses of doing business as an Agent.

We stay with our borrowers through out every step of the commercial lending process to ensure the loan closes properly and in a timely fashion. 11 Capital Finance personally handles all title insurance issues, property insurance issues and does all of the coordinating with every party involved in the transaction for our clients.

I will have 30 tabs open in Chrome for 30 different threads I am reading or blog posts and all that... she doesn't like taking in information in that fashion.

Call me old fashioned but I’d rather buy a cup of coffee and or dinner and talk, I respect people’s time that’s for sure.
