As for the dual payments, our plan was to get the $1800.00 rent and cover the additional $1000 (HOA, Taxes, Insurance, etc.) + another $1800 (max.) for the house we are planning to buy.

All others only have a duty to be fair and honest in their dealings while working within the confines of their stated fiduciary duties, unless of course you have a true "Dual Agency" situation.

Yes Mike she may be wrong for not paying her bill but again I say until we can remove these double standards people like that lady will continue to be victimized by a dual standard system that devalues the meaning and importance of life for the purpose of greed.There is no dual standard here.
