Putting sellers and buyers together and representing both, is acting as a dual agent, one of the most risky transactions undertaken by real estate agents.

Sorry for the dual posts here but while responding to first posts others made additional posts. 

I also have a dual-incentive in doing so that coincides very nicely with my own personal plans for myself(relocation and retirement within 10 years).

As for the dual payments, our plan was to get the $1800.00 rent and cover the additional $1000 (HOA, Taxes, Insurance, etc.) + another $1800 (max.) for the house we are planning to buy.

If I don't go with an agent is the listing go to try to represent me in this case isn't that called a dual agent.

All others only have a duty to be fair and honest in their dealings while working within the confines of their stated fiduciary duties, unless of course you have a true "Dual Agency" situation.

I was thinking of buying one of those dual flush stools that save alot of water,,,till I found out they cost 500 bucks.

The dual mortgages are what has them stressed.
