Do some networking with the various members of the site and start seeing who's operation you like and or dislike then go from there.

In general I dislike the whole concept of a BD-like model.  

In general the site is filled with pretty independent folks that dislike others controlling their capital formation process and thus my prediction is that technology will largely allow active operator/sponsors to bypass the intermediaries in time.  

Helped Things I mean a hungry, reasonabably like mined group of varying individuals, with vary skills, likes, and dislikes.

I strongly dislike the continued pressure of HomeAway to be in control of property for which they have contributed nothing and want to position myself with data and system independent of them but one which is compatible with HomeAway and is inexpensive. 

And generally, the smaller the community, the more the hoa dislikes rental units, even though we serve a valuable purpose in the community.
