We had used Home Depot and Lowe’s, and the house was still not done.  

You could put the garden hose in and see if it drains nicely.

This property was rehabbed in 2018/2019 with renter grade finishes (laminate counters, new flooring, etc)Property #2 - 1 bed/1 bath garden unit rented for $990; 3 bed/1 bath unit rented for $1515 (about 1100 sf).

You can find some to call on Facebook, Craigslist, Home Depot, etc.

Not sure if Home Depot or similar will do it though, but they may be able to point you in the right direction.But, this is easier with experience and knowing about other suppliers.

:-) I have always just done American Craftsman (Home Depot) or ThermaStar (Lowe's) depending on which store is closing to my job, but truth be told I would think I could find something at a more contractor/landlord friendly price but haven't done well in locating someone yet.

That's why they do it that way for commercial applications.I never buy the cheap junk they sell at Home Depot or anywhere else.

@Jesse Dickens This sounds like one of those “programs” where they just apply to different vendors (Home Depot, staples, etc), not actual cash lines of credit….and they charge you a fee for it (maybe 10%) for these trade accounts that obviously you could have gotten yourself.

.#2 - Start going to events like those at Home Depot on Saturdays, where they show you how to tile, or other basic trade tasks. volunteer to help friends, volunteer for a Habitat For Humanity project.
