Hi Everyone, I'm aiming to purchase my first rental property and have been looking at NW Arkansas (Bentonville, Lafeyette, etc) and Little Rock.

I haven't tried it in awhile so I can't confirm it still works, but there is a R package called realtR that is used to read listings on Realtor.com that I have used before.
