I'm not sure of the local job market etc, but maybe someone who wants to save on rent would pay a couple hundred a month to bring in their camper/RV/Travel Trailer to stay in the area for cheap...that's about it I think.

Most will likely stick to the technical limit of Sept 2021 when it ceased being a primary residence, but some may be comfortable going by the address on the 2021 return and others may explore a partial exclusion, depending on the reasons for your move abroad.If you'd like to read up on the technical rules, the IRS publication 523 gets into more detail than most people would like to know, but it does have some helpful tables and examples for different scenarios.

(As a landlord, I always do best to fix any issue.. other tenant live without any complain and she is the only one...she say she will report health department etc..)Sametime, She keep saying  she want to move to another apartment (1fl for her mother as her mother has some disability ) she wouldn't leave.I didn't like turnover and it is section 8, I was going to let her stay til she find the new home.
