Not selecting someone because they have committed minor offenses and misdemeanors or even a felony are now being challenged in the courts as a violation of fair housing laws because doing so may unfairly target certain groups of the rental population with discrimination.Good luck!

I'm guessing if they saw $1,000+ as a possible fee because of something as silly as their dog having an accident, they'd realize it's a serious offense.
