My dad would get 20 to 30 leads a week my mom would set appointments he would meet them at the land track and close them.. in two years he was number one in another year he started his own company.. and we graduated from kids passing htem out to picking up the wino's ( that was the precourser to homeless) at the y m C A and paid them 20 a day to pass paper...

In fact, how I feel wholesale deals are best done are by simply being honest with the seller that their house is indeed worth this amount of money and if they sold it to a wholesaler for a price that is less than market value, yes they would be taking home less than what they could get for it on the open market than if they just did do everything an investor would do and of course put the time in it would take to get top retail value.

The city suddenly takes care of the increasing homeless issue and PD issue (I understand homeless people are the ones who need the most help, but letting them take over the city hurt normal residents' safety is not helping.
