The most similar scenario I encounter is folks who buy trailers for dirt cheap to rent out here. 60k entry (or whatever they are going for) then 600 a month to lease the pad/land.

But what about folks that have never downloaded your show from iTunes?

My thought was could I get it under contract and then market it to be sold and at the closing i would just pay them what we agreed upon and i keep the extra.

I pay an extra $100 a month on them and in 2 years one will be paid off and I will only have 1 left.

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

This is a great case study for folks on the fence about hiring a professional property manager.
