No more ESPN radio for me, no more classic rock (well almost none), now it is all about listening to Dave and Brandon on the BP podcast, and Don Costa and a handful of others.The market is going to turn at some point while you are in college and there will be some real opportunities to buy.

It's a good list, but the book list I'm surprised they didn't list William Nickerson's "How I Turned $1k into a Million in Real Estate in My Spare Time" which I consider THE classic and upon which most current RE gurus have based their teachings on.
