1. Principle instead of principal
2. "Lein" instead of "lien"

There was a podcast about 15 episodes ago where that phrase came up.

I have a property in Denver that I was looking at on a site called Redfin and in the description was the following phrase: "We will not schedule a showing until we have a fully executed contract."

You have to be very careful in how you phrase the question.

And I would phrase it along the lines of, "Would you mind sending me a photo of your service dog's certification tag/license?

Self-directed IRA is the phrase.3.

You might have to practice a few standard catch phrases.

I assume you phrased it this way casually. 

I have written so many articles about the dangers of buying property just because it says turnkey or some company uses that phrase in their marketing.
