Are they just fishing, or is a deadline looming.

Some demographics want bail bonds, health clinics, cheap buffets, buy here pay here car places, and etc.. others want more upscale things.Look at the area near the apartments through the eyes of those who will live there.Know your renters desires--a fish knows his own pond the best.You need to know what renters for that building want.Good Luck! 

Piggy backing off of Bruce, many people became agents in the last few years because they saw certain aspects that made it look like selling houses was like shooting fish in a barrel.

If after that he doesn't perform, then absolutely go fishing for a new agent, Im sure there are 1000+ agents that would love to be your agent.

Too many fish in the pond chasing the same bait drives up price. 

So I moved to Montana and started Fly fishing instead.
