Already I am 16 years old and I can speak Spanish and English.

His english is a little hard to understand on the phone but his guys did a really good job.

I'm half American, half Norwegian and speak both languages fluently.

That's when brokers/agents/title companies/buyers and anyone else with a pocket, all of a sudden become deaf and lose the ability to speak English.

 even just this past weekend in San Pedro at a couple open houses, i'm appauled by the number of persons representing themselves as agents/brokers yet can barely speak english (luckily i'm trilingual) and yet their biz cards simply state "REALTOR" or their emails simply state their name and their status (agent/broker) and their re brokerage's name but is clearly missing the lic#.theres also 2 card i was handed that indicate the real estate professional is a 'Real Estate Salesperson' and has their Brokerage's name and LIC# but again, is missing the named Salesperson's license #

@Matija Boltuzic   I wrote a book with one of your country men that gives you some guidelines on how to invest in the cash flow markets of the mid west.. and he took my English and translated it to your Aussie English..

Do your Sub Contractors have the ability to verbally communicate, with English Language Only Speakers?

I will qualify that last statement with this, I am still learning how to translate proforma into English.
