Hello BP. i am looking at a house in the Colorado Springs area. i have done a few rehabs myself, but i am looking at getting a contractor to do the work for me on this one. can anyone make a few referrals. any help would be great. Thanks.

If you're looking for a fix and flip contractor I would recommend contacting Shane Utesch. BP doesn't let me put in phone numbers so I'll PM you.

He is very reliable. He is definitely cheaper than most contractors. I wouldn't expect the same quality work as you would get with your specialty contractors.
