The claims adjuster came out to take a look and let me know that they will not be covering any of the damage because I allegedly declined water damage coverage.This is where it gets interesting.

However, Local investors won't touch these, as @Drew Cameron mentioned, money is made when you buy at discount and adding value somehow.
