If I was out there I would move in with the son or rent out my "alleged" fractional interest for supercheap :) Which is whatever my title policy shows (unless its not in my favor).Review the eviction paperwork and your title report / policy (re-file the eviction again (perhaps an ejectment is needed??

The claims adjuster came out to take a look and let me know that they will not be covering any of the damage because I allegedly declined water damage coverage.This is where it gets interesting.
