Now that becomes a matter of timing, because there is not an abundance of those USDA-RD REOs available. 

As was mentioned Lehigh is still rural in areas as the is an abundance of lots that are owned by non local owners and this was never a planned community.

The opportunities are out there in abundance, but not at retail.
