I am considering buying a 2-4 plex in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral, Florida area.

On the Fort Myers side, I am considering the Lehigh area.

Any good advice? Do's and Dont's?

Thank you!

Simon,

I'm in the fort myers area, let me know if I can help you.

The big thing, especially in Lehigh and cape coral is too keep an eye out for chinese dry wall.  Typically homes built in 05-08.

Best of luck!
