“Possession of a firearm” by itself isn’t usually even a crime, much less a felony, unless there’s some aggravating factors, like he was already a convicted felon or it was a stolen firearm or he used it in the commission of another crime.

At a minimum the tenants name will be on an open police file, which means if they commit other crimes, it will tie back to your case.Not paying rent is different then intentionally reversing payments or using a stolen credit card.
