I ended up with about 100 OREO/s there and 100 spread through Memphis and Atlanta Columbus bham etc.. so I spent a year there Jackson was centrally located and I took my plane down there so I could fly to each market in an hour or so.. so that was cool...

Certainly better than three or four, or a plane ride, but you're committing a minimum of two hours for every visit.

That being said...we recently discovered the podcasts and listened to one of them together on a plane back from Pheonix, but will certainly take your advice and start checking out more of them to listen to while in traffic...great idea for that lovely time everyday.Being that my wife is more conservative with her investment philosophy...it was very helpful  that you mentioned that our situation is better than she realizes....I have felt that way for sometime, but convincing her has been somewhat difficult.

If you have an accent, get rid or it, or the landlord or PM will think you're a British or Nigerian scammer.Then, jump on a plane and spend a month in ONE city.

They since sorta ruled against ducks and snakes, and recently, a squirrel, apparently, but for a time there, some planes were having all sorts of creatures walking the aisles.  

and in those days talk about financing I got it for 5% down  only 25k ish.and 5% fully amortized over 20 years so payments were only 2400 ish a month.. what a deal to go 200 mph  in style and comfort.I'm sure in your 10 million posts you've mentioned it some place, but what sort of plane do you have?

I am 50% of the way done with the Colorado course and am planing on taking my license test in March.

If your having a heck of a time where you can physically go manage everything imagine the stress if you were a plane ride away instead of a car ride.
