Since I forsee the possibility of extremely high inflation in the near future, I like the fact that rents can be increased to mirror the inflation rate in 12 months, rather than the 5 years or more of locked in rental rates in commercial properties.

For instance, you may have a 3-5 year bullet in the loan and have to write your wrap contract to mirror these terms.

Some advice from a bonafide crazy feller..Look in the mirror.

They use a lot of smoke and mirrors type strategies- a lot of bang, and oooo and ahhhhh but likely may not be appropriate for you at all.
