(or maybe thats just me) :wink: orWhen you cant drive any residential neighborhood without looking for vacant or distressed properties.orWhen you teach your kids, spouse and relatives how to spot vacant properties and report them back to you.or The CD's in your car's cd changer is mostly RE investing NOT music.

Some things truly are priceless (cue the cheesy music).  

Things that interest me specifically are history, religion, money and finance, investing (obviously), economics, business, politics, cars, guns, and music (heavy metal is my forte).

I have just signed up to BP and am halfway through "Ultimate Bieginner's Guide to REI"Just wanted to take a small step forward and introduce myself to the community.I currently work at a cafe part-time and freelance as a Sound Designer/Music Producer.One question that I have, is to do with financing. 

Lots of industries work this way--music, movie, sports.  

@Beth D.one GC we reviewed had most of his projects on-line & it was basically a slideshow presentation of the project (set to music).

im currently working on a multi family portfolio, we are searching high and low at the moment and ready to pull the trigger on the best deal . im here to learn and network . i  am very excited to meet new people. my hobbies are hiking, traveling , playing music and scuba diving ! 

There is always live music at various venues.
