The Realtor code of ethics comes into play if you are a Realtor and join your local chapter etc. and agree to be sanctioned if  a complaint is filed and you are found at fault after a hearing.Just because someone is not a Realtor does not mean they do not have ethics or vice versa.

Eventually you will want to act on this knowledge but get your good foundation first.

This house is from the 60's and although the foundation is fine, the house does have some seasonal movement.
