I'm a Plus member and when I click the Other Actions option, I don't see this feature.

How are they able to offer these features?

We have a large dataset and want to pick your brain about:Creating relationships from app to app on Podio; especially when there are multiple owners per property or multiple properties per owner.Bulk mapping of fields, (instead of the current individual drag and drop feature we are using) after importing from Excel.Thank you in advance.Jenny

I understand its crucial...but this firm would not allow me to work with sellers.....do open houses.....nor create listings..I just don't know if that is the norm.I understand the prospecting part and its importance.

Good morning Brian,I like using dotloop- we have all of our real estate forms (offer sheet, listing agreements, disclosure forms, etc) on this program and they have an e-signature feature.

There is a lot of good information available using the search feature so hopefully you can find a lot of good information.  

Those two features alone can be worth the cost from a rock star agent but you can buy/sell RE without agents.

The two best ways I’ve found to fatten the bottom line is via fees or reduced turnover or repair cost.Pet rent, lawn care fees, and things that breakdown due to tenant usage are my go to items.Number of bedrooms, extra features are only a selling point.
